PRISMAdemo V3.2 launch postponed!

Dear PRISMAdemo Users,

 

We have planned to launch the PRISMAdemo V3.2 on Tuesday November 24th.

We regret to inform you that the deployment of this new version has taken longer than planned due to unforeseen issues caused by Microsoft certificate update over the last weekend.

As a result, currently none of the PRISMA product demonstrators can start up properly.  The start-up behaviors of the demonstrators are not stable, regardless regular, saved or scheduled demonstration sessions.  Sometimes it starts all well, but sometimes it does not start at all.

We treat this problem seriously as it affects the user experience. Therefore, the launch of PRISMAdemo V3.2 will not be completed until this problem is resolved.

 

Our IT department is investigating the issues now. The plan is to have it resolved within the next 3 days.

We will publish another notification on PRISMAdemo by Thursday November 26 to inform all users about the progress of the PRISMAdemo V3.2 launch.

 

Meanwhile, the PRISMAdemo team will inform the users who have scheduled demo sessions in the coming 3 days to watch out the start-up problem. We strongly advise all users to not use the demonstrators or postpone the scheduled demonstrations until further notice this Thursday.

PRISMAprepare Demonstrator Update to V7.3.0 is Coming Soon!

Dear PRISMAdemo users,

The PRISMAprepare demonstrator will be updated to the version 7.3.0 on June 30, 2020.

After this update, we will stop the maintenance of the V7.2.2 demonstrators and PRISMAprepare V7.2.2 demonstration will no longer be available.

If you have Saved Demonstrations based on the V7.2.2, please be aware that they will remain working within the next 30 days after the update. You can delete them and save a new one using the V7.3.0. Please see the guide for managing your saved demonstrations in the Resources page – PRISMAdirect – PRISMAdirect Training Resources – Demo Guide.

Please note that all the PRISMAprepare 7.2.2-based Saved Demonstrations will be deleted after 30 days from the date of updating to PRISMAdirect 7.3.0.

The PRISMAdirect demonstrator will be updated to the version 1.6 on June 30, 2020.

PRISMAlytics demonstrator under construction

Dear PRISMAdemo users,

 

We are very glad to see such a large use around the globe of PRISMAdemo since its relaunch on April 1st! Unfortunately, this also caused access issues for the PRISMAlytics demonstrator.
PRISMAsync, PRISMAdirect and PRISMAprepare demonstrators are up and running as usual.

 

What’s next?

We need to develop a new version of the PRISMAlytics demonstrator. As a result, the current PRISMAlytics demonstrator will be unavailable as of April 17th, 2020 (for providing demos as well as scheduling them) until the moment we have this new version available.

We will inform you on the new go-live by means of a notification on the PRISMAdemo Sales Demonstrator page.

PRISMAlytics demonstrator access issue

Dear PRISMAdemo Users,

 

Until further notice we advise all users to use the Microsoft account to login to the PRISMAlytics demonstrator!

We are currently resolving two issues with PRISMAlytics:

1.PRISMAlytics account verification 

You may be asked to verify the email address when logging into the demonstrator with Microsoft account

2.Change the Google account password

You may be asked to change the password when logging into the demonstrator with Google account.

 

If you do use the Google account and you encounter either or both of the above problems, please quit the PRISMAlytics demonstration session and do not make any attempts to reset the password and email addresses.

Note: In case you would experience similar issues using the Microsoft account, you also should close the demonstration session. You may report the issue via the PRISMAdemo Support page.

 

Currently, we are investigating the issue and working on the solution.  We regret that we are not able to provide further support on this issue until the solution is available.
