PRISMAlytics demonstrator access issue

Dear PRISMAdemo Users,

 

Until further notice we advise all users to use the Microsoft account to login to the PRISMAlytics demonstrator!

We are currently resolving two issues with PRISMAlytics:

1.PRISMAlytics account verification 

You may be asked to verify the email address when logging into the demonstrator with Microsoft account

2.Change the Google account password

You may be asked to change the password when logging into the demonstrator with Google account.

 

If you do use the Google account and you encounter either or both of the above problems, please quit the PRISMAlytics demonstration session and do not make any attempts to reset the password and email addresses.

Note: In case you would experience similar issues using the Microsoft account, you also should close the demonstration session. You may report the issue via the PRISMAdemo Support page.

 

Currently, we are investigating the issue and working on the solution.  We regret that we are not able to provide further support on this issue until the solution is available.
